STUDENT OF THE MONTH
Isabelle Grimesey

Isabelle is a fast learner who practices consistently. In less than two years she has gone from near-beginner to halfway through Suzuki violin Book 3. Her intonation and technique are secure, but beyond this she plays with a musical expression that communicates the meaning of the pieces.

Isabelle was nominated to perform for Live at The Fox in the Fall of 2012. Isabelle is also a ballet dancer who has performed in the nutcracker in 2011 and 2012. This year she is also playing cello in her 5^th grade school strings class.

Holy Names Music Center congratulates Isabelle for achieving the honor of being selected as Student of The Month for May 2013.
