April Young – Outreach
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music with Vocal Performance Emphasis from Westmont College in Santa Barbara California. Previously studied with Sister Marietta Coyle and Julia Beoletto Monroe of Sacramento, California. Served as Music/Worship Arts Director in two Spokane area churches. Currently teaches music for Saint Thomas More School (K-8), maintains a private voice studio, and sings regularly for sacred services. Teaches outreach classes for Holy Names Music Center including a “Young Voices Sing” for some area community centers and a voice class in conjunction with The Community School (High School District 81).
