The Holy Names Music Center sometimes takes photos and videos of students and young people at our activities to use in publicity or marketing (including on fliers or our website). Once we no longer need images for publicity purposes we will delete them. You can ask to see a copy of images we hold of you/your children, or ask for them to be deleted at any time by emailing us at music@hnmc.org.

If there are members of an audience that are not to be photographed, we honor that request and they will not appear in any images or we will ensure that their faces are not recognizable. Please indicate yes on the registration form to give your consent for us to photograph you/your child and use the images as described above. Holy Names Music Center has my permission to use mine or my child’s photograph publicly to promote the Music Center. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
