Click here for more info about Sing, Say, Dance & Play for children ages 2-6. Group classes taught by Kristina Komarov with the Orff-Schulwerk approach include experiencing music with the whole body. The classes involve singing, movement, finger play, acting and exploring musical instruments to nurture and develop a love of music from an early age. A wonderful precursor to private lessons!

HNMC also offers private, in-person Suzuki* violin, cello, & piano for children as young as 3 or 4. To check with us about availability for one of the above, please check our booking site, and see what group lessons we have available. 

*The Suzuki method is an internationally known music curriculum and teaching philosophy that applies principles of language acquisition to the learning of music. Suzuki students learn to read musical notation when they are comfortable with their instrument and developmentally ready. The ideas of parent responsibility, loving encouragement, and constant repetition are some of the special features of the Suzuki approach.
