🔆 The Alexander Technique Summer Workshop
Thursday July 25 – Sunday July 28, 2024
The Alexander Technique is a simple and practical method for improving ease and freedom of movement, balance, support, flexibility and coordination. It’s a process enabling you to do everything in life with more ease, control and effectiveness. This workshop is for beginners as well as advanced students and teachers of the Alexander Technique, musicians, dancers, actors, athletes and everyone who wants to move and feel better.
